We are delighted to be hosting The PDE Wedding fayre at Bluewater on Saturday 8th January, which has been given approval and will be going ahead after consultation with Bluewater and following the latest government guidelines.

We have been working hard to ensure we provide a safe environment for everyone attending,  with enhanced hygiene cleaning regimes and sanitising facilities. A time slot will need to be chosen at the time of booking in order to keep within the recommended capacity for the venue.

We are confident that exhibitors and visitors will enjoy a safe, secure and enjoyable time at the Bluewater  wedding fayre. And we are delighted that we can go ahead with presenting a unique and valuable opportunity to meet with quality suppliers as you resume your wedding planning.

We have been working hard to ensure we provide a safe environment for everyone attending, by ensuring you can keep distanced with the introduction of more spacious aisles and one-way systems, with enhanced hygiene cleaning regimes and sanitising facilities. A time slot will need to be chosen at the time of booking in order to keep within the recommended capacity for the venue.

We are confident that exhibitors and visitors will enjoy a safe, secure and enjoyable time at the Bluewater  wedding fayre. And we are delighted that we can go ahead with presenting a unique and valuable opportunity to meet with quality suppliers as you resume your wedding planning.

PROMOTIONAL LEAFLETS

Goody bags will be available for you to take yourselves at the registration point; leaflets will be placed at the front of each exhibitor display so they can be taken with no handover.

EVENT CAPACITY

This will be a ticketed event with visitors choosing a time slot at the time of booking. Staff will click people in and out of the marquee so we know how many are inside at any one time. Those who have not pre-booked may be required to wait outside until capacity allows.

WHAT IS THE CAPACITY YOU WILL ALLOW?

This will be a ticketed event with visitors choosing a timeslot at the time of booking. Staff will click people in and out of the marquee so we know how many are inside at any one time. Those who have not pre-booked will be required to register outside on their own devices and wait until a slot is available to enter

WHAT SANITISING PROCEDURES ARE IN PLACE?

Visitors will have sanitisers available on arrival and many exhibitors will have sanitiser on their table to allow visitors a dose before using an ipad or opening albums, we recommend you also bring your own for continued sanitisation throughout your visit.

Exhibitors will use anti-bac wipes for cleaning ipads and albums after each use by clients. Also for wiping props if touched by visitors (although this practise is being discouraged)

SNACKS & REFRESHMENTS

All snacks & refreshments are available in Bluewater with the various amounts of shops and restaurants.

TOILET FACILITIE

Toilets are available in Bluewater in the village area. All toilets will be regularly cleaned & sanitised as per Bluewater guidelines.

COMMUNICATING COVID PROCEDURES TO VISITORS

When you have booked your place at this event we will provide full details and information by email and this will be followed by a reminder immediately prior when / if we can provide any updates or guideline changes that may be required.

Signage at the entry point and around the venue will convey procedures and this will be verbally clarified by our team at registration.
